Does it bother you, when a member of the staff, especially administrator, doesn't have an avatar? Do you think they should? What are your thoughts?

It does look more professional if your staff have avatars. I don't have any staff apart from me and my co-founder. We both have avatars.

On my previous sites I have had staff specific avatars that state what their role is with their name underneath the logo. I agree with 22, it looks more professional having an avatar.

It bothers me not, but I am staff here, so do you think I should have one?

Why are people concerned over a tiny thing such as an avatar?. Fair enough your recognise members from theyre avatars, especially if they are new. But if a member - staff or not doesnt want to use an avatar, what is the problem? Personally I am more concerned over my staffs ability to do theyre job.
