Actually I just reviewed and critiqued a speech someone gave on this subject. Studies show that 7 hours of sleep per night is considered healthy. People who got 8 or more hours a of sleep per night had high risk of diabetes, heart disease, obesity and a whole bunch of other junk! Me... I fall asleep around 1am and get up at 6:30ish. So 5 1/2 for me! I wish I could have more but I'm definitely a night owl!

I think 8-9 hours is just about right but not that many people get that amount of sleep.

For me, 6-8 is about right, though I went most of last week with about 3-5 hours each night. Then my first day off I slept like 11 hours, so I guess it will balance out somewhere

When I go to sleep I don't remember anything I did before I fell asleep and I wake up sonewhere else in my house. It's kinda weird
