Washington, D.C. (BarutiwaDaily.com) - The President of the United States expressed cautious optimism yesterday concerning an announcement made by BP p.l.c. (NYSE: BP) that an initial test to cap the oil leakage at the Deepwater Horizon well site appeared to be successful. We are still in the testing phase..." At the cost of 11 lives and billions of US dollars it has taken almost three months for BP to stop the oil leaking into the Gulf.
