I would suggest moving away from proboards so that you have more control over your forum and also switching to a TLD (.com, .net, .info, etc)

We are proud to be a free hosting forum by ProBoards. If we got a domain name, we would be even more like the competitors.
Thanks for the suggestion, but I say No to that currently. Maybe in the future, it will be different.

bigceegee, if you don't prefer proboards what would you prefer for a forum software and host? Actually I have a friend who has a host but I am thinking about making a general chat forum and I was wondering what would be the best. I am tired of owning promoting forums. I have already had 2. They suceeded but I got tired of them.
